From Meet N Talk to Perspectives, Hosté, and Offstage, each of our formats is a carefully designed invitation — to pause, to share, and to be transformed by others.

We now operate in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona and soon Lisbon, with over 2,000 guests and a growing team of local hosts shaping Sessions into a collection of global moments.

Our Journey

Born in Paris, Sessions began as a simple idea: to bring people together in meaningful ways. Over the past five years, we’ve hosted over 50 events across France, welcoming nearly 1,300 participants who share our passion for connection in 2024. Today, Sessions is growing across Europe, expanding to cities like Brussels, Amsterdam, and Barcelona.
